HOUSING & HOPE FOR YOUNG ADULTS AGES 18-24

Valley Teen Ranch provides housing and supportive services for young adults ages 18–24, including those parenting children and young families, helping them move from housing instability toward long-term stability and independence. Through a range of housing pathways—including transitional support and permanent affordable housing—we create stability, structure, and opportunity so they can build a foundation for life.

OUR HOUSING PATHWAYS & FOUNDATIONAL SERVICES

Permanent Supportive Housing

A 95-unit affordable housing community providing long-term homes for young adults, individuals, and families. Residents are referred through housing vouchers and nonprofit partnerships and supported with services that promote stability and independence.

Rapid Re‑Housing

Short-term rental assistance and case management that help young adults quickly secure stable housing and move toward independence.

Titan Youth Home

Expanding our housing continuum through a county partnership, providing supportive housing for young adults transitioning from structured care to independent living, in collaboration with Fresno County Probation’s Juvenile Justice system.

FORMER FOSTER YOUTH

Transitional Housing (THP)

Safe, structured housing with guidance, life-skills training, and education support helps young adults prepare for independent living. In partnership with the Fresno County Department of Social Services and Probation, we provide supportive services that promote stability, accountability, and a path forward.

FUP & FYI Vouchers

In partnership with the Fresno Housing Authority and Fresno County Department of Social Services, young adults exiting foster care receive vouchers and wraparound support.

Wraparound Support

Our wraparound support includes case management, mental health and wellness education, employment pathways, and life-skills training with mentorship, helping young adults navigate systems, build confidence, and move toward stability and independence.
